Do you ever miss your ex?

Sometimes I miss the friendship we had. My ex husband and I. We don’t speak anymore because we don’t have kids together. We were better friends then lovers. He told me we would keep in contact but we been divorced almost a year now. He’s engaged and I’m pregnant with another guys baby. We got exactly what we wanted but in the 7 years we was in love it never happened together. He was a good man. I never realized it at the time but as I’m with my baby’s daddy I’ve come to see that he was a good man that I didn’t appreciate. Things happen for a reason but I just wanted to get that off my chest. It will always be there, don’t get me wrong I’m happy for him. Always wanted him to be happy but I miss my ex best friend.
