Bruised cervix or appendicitis??

I had sex with my husband Saturday morning and we were having sex doggy style and I felt this intense pressure inside me. It wasn't exactly painful, I just felt a lot of pressure. After we finished, I went to the bathroom and then was in so much pain. It was deep pain in my lower abdomen that radiated to my butt hole. I still have slight pain in my lower abdomen and still lots of pressure. I noticed it's worse when I sleep on my right side too. Even if I breathe in too much or laugh hard it still hurts. I've been told it's a bruised cervix by you all on glow, but I'm wondering if it's an appendicitis. But does anyone know how long it will take to go away?? The pain has improved but my abdomen still hurts and I feel pressure
