Swollen lymph node with stitches

Hey all, I found in my armpit a swollen, painful spot that doesn’t look like it has any ingrown hairs, although I did shave the other day. I feel a bump so I’m thinking it could be a swollen lymph node.

I got a mole removed (have not received biopsy results from that) on Thursday. The incision looks good, it’s not red/swollen, leaking anything or otherwise sore. It is a little bruised, sometimes feels like it’s stretching too much, because it’s on my shoulder but otherwise is feeling fine for 4 days after the incision. The incision is also on my right shoulder and the swollen lymph node on my left armpit, not sure if this is a cause for concern, as I know a lymph node reacts to infections

I’ve had my lymph nodes swell with no other symptoms before but idk wha to think after reading it could be cancer lol
