0 sperm count 9 months after VR

Hi! My husband had a VR last April and we started actively trying in October and had a SA in January all his numbers were 0 The doctor thought this was odd since it was 9 months post reversal so he imagined there was a blockage of scarring in the tubes. I was absolutely devastated about the 0 count but anyway the doctor prescribed he take a steroid for a week then aleve twice a day for 4 weeks then have another SA after 10 weeks since last one and I'm just wondering has anyone gone through this and the sperm count go up and they got pregnant?
