Help!!

Hey y’all so I took three test yesterday and one this morning and they are all BFP…..my problem is I had my IUD taken out at the end of January and never had a period or really any bleeding….how do I calculate my due date?? I did take a test last Monday and it was negative so it’s newly positive.
