Infection or something else?

I recently went to my gynecologist because I was experiencing all the signs and symptoms of an infection. It burned to pee as well as having an increased tendency to urinate as well. I got a pelvic exam and they ran tests and my gynecologist also thought I had an infection based off of the info I was telling her. However, my tests came back all negative so I was honestly very confused, but I thought maybe stress had something to do with it since I am a college student. But now, I have a new symptom on top of still having the old and that’s loss of bladder control. I have peed myself TWICE now and I’m worried because I’m 19 and quite hygienic. I scheduled another gynecologist appointment, but I thought I would share to see if anyone else has experienced this before?
