Disability/FMLA
Hi,
I wanted to reach out to you ladies and maybe help me clear out my confusion. My job offers 12 weeks for maternity leave and 8 of those weeks will be paid by Disability since it will be a Csection.
Now If i wanted my OB to pull me out of work before the actual CSection, would that be considered a different type of leave? I dont want to be pulled out of work earlier if it means less time with baby.
What are your specific experience with these type of situations?
