IUD falling out??

Question

So I’ve had my iud about 3 years ago and never had an issues with feeling the string only sometimes my husband would feel it when we would have intercourse but that’s it. About a week ago I’ve been feeling extremely bloated and with cramps and My period is heavier than normal and a weird color too. And today I decided to check it and the string is out!! And I don’t have an OB nor a primary doctor. Should I just pull it out ??

Oh that sounds awful. I would try see a Dr asap and if not just pull it out, surely it can’t be in your cervix anymore. 
I had an IUD fall out last year but I didn’t even notice it come out

I had an iud just fall out too. They say it’s rare but the amount of people who claim it has happened to them is crazy.

So you can feel the string or not feel the string? If you feel the string then that's a sign it's in the correct place. If you do not feel the string then that's a sign it moved.
