Needing someone to play w 25/8

My 3yr old is in a constant phase of I need mommy or daddy to play w me all day everyday. We had took her to the park for 2 hours we played with her for 1 then let her explore by herself. I’ve been setting timers for 1 on 1 play with full on attention no interruptions play for 1 hour. Then after I tell her I have to go wash dishes,cook,clean, get ready for work. She will get so upset that no one wants to play then I’ll tell her you can bring it over here next to me while I get ready etc. and you can play. Then she says she can’t , she doesn’t know how to play alone. I’ve told her it’s okay to play by yourself sometimes and sometimes mommy is busy. Then she’ll say “no mommy I don’t wanna listen to your words” after I’ve explained that I’m busy, she’ll keep pushing toys on to my hands. Please is this a phase? Is there something I can do? Say?
