Tubes tied after baby

Anyone have their tubes tied immediately after giving birth?

My husband and I are planning on trying for our last baby this summer. I don’t want to have to worry about birth control or condoms after this baby and want to get my tubes tied while I’m still in the hospital after the baby is born.

Would I be better off with a planned c-section and having my tubes tied while they’re in there? Or vaginal birth and tubes tied after?
