Bleeding after working out
Does anyone have any similar experiences with bleeding after working out when you haven’t done a work out since 2021? I think I had a similar problem like this before and didn’t pay attention to it. I’m a certified holistic chef and health coach, so hearing or reading nothing about this I’m concerned. Any help would be great.
