12 month old vomiting

My LO just got her vaccines early this morning. But it’s bedtime and I’m struggling to get her to go to sleep and she just vomits all over me. Okay no big deal maybe she over ate or drank. She did just nurse 10 minutes earlier. But then she just Keeps vomiting and now it’s coming out of her nose too. She’s crying in pain. Now she’s gagging trying to puke but there’s literally nothing left so she’s puking yellow bile. It’s only been an hour since it began. But now I’m getting worried.

Pretty sure this isn’t a symptom of vaccines and she has no fever. She’s just super exhausted and sleepy at this point. She’ll start sleeping and then vomit.

When do I know to take her to urgent care or ER?

Been about 10 minutes since her last gag/ vomit atm
