Labia tear???

Okay ladies how long did it take you to heal? And how was sex first few times?? 
My 6 week PP is next week and I’m nervous! ❤️😂

I can't remember exactly how long it took to heal. But what I can remember is my dr cleared me at 6 weeks pp and we attempted sex but it was reaallllyy painful. I Googled what to do and I found an article about massaging the area/scar. That helped tremendously. I believe we were successful with no pain around 8-9 weeks but that was with daily massaging.

I don’t think I felt totally healed until 4-5 months and I had a second degree tear.
Sex was excruciating the first about 10 times. I was honestly convinced I was never going to have sex again. Beyond painful. Lube was the only thing that made it slightly tolerable. 
Once it started getting better, it was amazing, different feeling or hitting a different spot than before baby 😂

Answer

I am 10.5 weeks postpartum and had sex once. It was uncomfortable and not desirable. I have no desire still and I could care less about it still.
