Little help with pain please.

So I suffer from endometriosis and have been trying every way I can to relieve myself of the excruciating pain I get during my period or when I ovulate. I’m only 18 so I’m unable to get surgery to relieve myself. I’ve tried heating pads, rice packs, over the counter pain meds, pill birth control and now the Depo birth control injection every 3 months. Sometimes I miss my period and am suffering from phantom cramps. If any lady or anyone with knowledge of this can help that would be VERY appreciated!
