Masturbating before sexual intercouse.

Is it normal to make yourself aroused or more aroused before sexual intercourse? Sometimes I watch our sexual videos & engage in my own foreplay. I love foreplay but (mostly all times) hubby & I don’t get into it, he just wants to jump right in when he’s up. Occasionally he’ll masturbate in front of me because he know it turns me on, but he said one day in an argument that its weird. I asked him did he mean it & he said no, he actually likes me watching. But I haven’t been able to get fully turned on from it since he said that.

Any-ways…... Am I wrong for masturbating before we have sex? He doesn’t know I do this btw.
