Pregnant but no period since november

So I have PCOS and haven’t had a period since November (normal for me, I have very irregular periods) I actually have an appointment next week to see my obgyn to have an annual and start provera to induce a bleed so I took a test today just to be sure cause I’ve been having so much cramping lately and it was very positive. I was in complete shock as I had to do fertility treatments to have my 1st. I just hate being so unsure how far along I might be. I took a test probably a little over a month ago and it was negative. Last period was in November.

I’m also worried about how my lining could possibly be healthy to sustain a baby since it likely has been just building the last few months. I guess I’m just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about how the quality of the built up lining not being shed months before an egg implants might be. Or if anyone has gone through the same?
