Spicing it up in the bedroom

My fiancé and I have a 7 month old. I just become a SAHM so now I have more time on my hands to do stuff around the house and what not. Anyway, my fiancé and I are trying for #2. I find myself not being able to get in the mood that often. Maybe it’s my new mom bod that makes me insecure? We usually do quickies and it’s getting old. Can I get advice on how to spice up our sex life in the bedroom? I have lingerie so I’m good on that part, but what type of foreplay, positions, or any advice really can y’all give me? 😌
