hospital stress

hi! i went to the hospital about three months ago for absolutely debilitating pain in my uterus, like the equivalent to labor pains- but i never was pregnant. or at least thats what my OBGYN told me a week after i went to the hospital and she tested me. my mom said it could've been a cyst that exploded and a lot of my symptoms lead to a cyst. i was just wondering if anyone else has ever had like explosive pain like that before, primarily in your sides and in your uterus. mind you, ive never had a baby before, but i was curled over screaming in pain. oh also, i threw up in the hospital and then basically got my period the next day extremely bad. google says throwing up isn't usually a sign of a miscarriage but a big part of me felt like that night i lost a family member i didnt even meet yet.
