I got an STI and I'm terrified *please don't shame me I feel awful as is
I just got my test results back I found out I tested positive for Chlamydia. My doctor hasn't called me and I'm terrified. Can anyone give me any information? Has anyone experienced an STI? What happens? I know it's treatable but will I permanently carry it after treatment? Will it affect my chances of getting pregnant in the future? Please help! I feel so ashamed and disgusted with myself.
