Painful ovulation

I've had the nexplanon implant for over a year and everything been ok till couple months ago. I don't get periods so I never knew when I was ovulating. But now I do because I will get this itchy burn like sent ion when I pee . And I never have problems in the area. But this month it is unbearable and it's been going on for 2days now . I'm in need of help or advice
