Belly wrapping or binding while pregnant?

Hey guys this is my second pregnancy and its been painful on my body. I started looking into belly wrappung or binding to help with the pain and get some support? Anyone doing this? Any tips?

My doctor has suggested that I get a S.I. Joint belt for pregnancy.. I've also been hurting alot and they think it will help tremendously... call you local pharmacies and see if they have in Stock.. that's what I had to do..and be sure to ask if they do any discounts for the ob offices.. I have to pay out of pocket for mine I think..but I have to double check

Perhaps check with your insurance company. I got this from ours after my first son was born to help with my cesarean recovery.
