Positive test now bleeding and negative test

I tested positive on 4 different tests 5 days ago. Yesterday and today I’ve had cramps. Light pink/brown bleeding the two previous days. Today I took another test out of paranoia because we miscarried last time. It was negative. Took another one and it was positive. I’m bleeding more and it’s red. Did I have another miscarriage or could this be okay?

Edit: went to the doctor for a blood test and it was a 4, so considered negative. Doctor said it could still be early so wants me to come in next week for another blood test.
