Nipple twiddlers....

For those who have nipple twiddlers, when did it finally stop?

He has been weaned since new year's and this past week he's been unbearable with his hands in my shirt.

I am 19 weeks pregnant. Could my milk be back and he can tell and that's why he's relentless?

Any tips on how to not blow my lid every single time he puts his hand in my shirt? I have intense nipple aversion and I'm extremely easily triggered by it. I don't want to scream or hurt his feelings but I can't handle it.
