When should you stop having orgasms???

I’m 29 weeks pregnant with twins, I haven’t done anything in awhile. Kinda scared to, when did you all stop having orgasms?? I’ve heard it can kick start preterm labor. I don’t wanna do that what so ever but I’m just curious.
