So I got pregnant naturally with my son I was only on Keto for a week , I’ve had PCOS for a while , but wondering what I can do to possibly help get pregnant this cycle ? I’m trying so hard to be dairy free , no alcohol is the easiest part , cutting carbs but can’t do strict keto . My doc has me on progesterone because i didn’t get a regular period this month and they’ve been wonky since I just got my 2nd IUD out in Oct , I had it put in in march 2019 . My first one I had put in was in 2016 and had it taken out in 2018 . I can’t really afford to buy ovulation strips .. any other help or tips ? My doctor will not prescribe clomid or letrazole yet .
