Ovarian cysts? Pcos??

I’ll try and keep this short. About 3 years ago I had intense horrific lower stomach pain. I thought I was having a bad ovulation (since I get pretty bad cramps while ovulating.) I started to feel faint and the pain made me faint and fall to the kitchen floor and I came back to consciousness while throwing up, no because I had an upset stomach, but because of the terrible pain. Went to the hospital had both an internal and external ultrasound, got send home with a diagnosis of “stomach pain.” This KEPT happening, and got even worse. I consulted with my Gyno, but she couldn’t find any physical cysts but she found fluid. I explained to her after this pain I would also find clear liquid in my pants. She assumed I was having small ovarian cysts and recommended an IUD. Got an IUD placed and after 6 months everything was fine. All of a sudden I got the same excruciating pain like I did before. About every two weeks for the last 4 months, liquid in my pants. I’m a little upset because my gyno never even checked up on me after my IUD insertions and I honestly think something is wrong with me. THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: I have always had a very heavy painful period, I don’t have one currently on KYLEENA IUD, I have gained 30 pounds in a year and a half same diet. PLEASE help me.
