Bleeding after orgasm?

Um. Well lol I have never even thought about this in my life but after talking with my MOTHER the other day she mentioned this may be not a good thing? Ever since I was sexually active (years ago) every time I have orgasmed I’ve bled. Whether that be very very light pink bleeding or heavy I’m starting my period then goes away the next day bleeding. And it’s not from a vaginal orgasm it’s from a clitoral orgasm…is this like bad? Or is something wrong with me health wise? Does this happen to anyone else?
