Tsh levels

I just found out I am pregnant so I am very early in this. I had a miscarriage in January. I just had my tsh level checked and my levels are 4.7 so I am freaking out. I am on thyroid meds. Has anybody had a good outcome with high tsh level this early in pregnancy?
