What’s your four month old feeding/sleeping schedules?

Just wondering about everyone else’s feeding and sleeping schedules mine is chopping and changing I’m trying to keep to 1 good schedule that works for myself and baby plus I’m a single mum?

The only constant is that he goes down for bed between 7:30 and 8:30 for bed. He feeds and naps on demand.

I swear by “Baby Sleep Solution”. She nurses every 4 hours, and sleeps 12 hours at night. We’re still working on consisten nap times, but we’re aiming for a one hour nap around 9am and a two hour nap around 1pm

This is as close to a schedule as we have. My daughter didn't get into a real schedule until she was about 10 months old. We feed and nap on demand. He sleeps from around 9/10pm and wakes around 8:30-9:30am. My daughter is in school 12:30-3 so he tends to get a good nap then but lately he's been pushing it more 1:30-4 🤷‍♀️ which I guess kinda works better for me but not for him because she wakes him up sometimes.

This is pretty consistent and has stuck to this routine for about 3 weeks now xx

7- bottle
9- nap (45min)
10- bottle
11:30- nap (1.5-2hours)
1- bottle
3- nap (45 min)
4- bottle
*Sometimes a catnap around 5 for about 20 min
7- bottle and bed
1-2 feeds overnight

I'm trying to get baby on a schedule, but he is a power nap King right now so its mostly when I can get him down. I feed him 4 at 7 when he wakes. Then 4 again at around 9 to put him down for a nap. He will wake 20-40 minutes later. I try to put him back down by like 11-1130...so 4 more ounces. Then 4 ounces when he wakes. Try to put him down at like 130-200....4 ounces. 4 ounces whenever he decides to get up. He gets another bottle sometime around 4 or 5 ish. Then a last bottle at aroubd 630 when I start his bedtime routine. He is down at 7.

My baby basically makes the schedule. She is fed on demand and sleeps when she wants to. I do get her ready for bed each night around 6:30/7.
