So I went to the hospital yesterday due to some sharp stabbing pains across my stomach and I’m pregnant after a mmc and I freak out at everything they didn’t mention any issues to me but I should’ve asked still ….

They did an ultrasound and I have a gestational sac with a yolk sac WHICH IS SO SO GOOD they said it’s definitely the start of something and the GS is measuring 0.7 cm and my betas came back at 3,543 last week they were 77 that seems pretty high to me being I’m only 4 or 5 weeks ??? Also my progesterone is good it’s not high or low it’s normal … so could I just be progressing good ?? Could I be having twins ?? Or does everything add up and sounds like it’s going good for me ?
