Like completely removed? Like a don’t even think about it? Not even the cooked rolls?
I cried today thinking about sushi. It’s my first love. It’s my everything. I haven’t seen it in weeks.

I ate sushi throughout 2 of my pregnancies and both kids were totally fine. My midwife said as long as it's from a reputable place or cooked it's fine

Cooked or smoked rolls isn't an issue.. it's the raw sushi that's a risk because of bacteria.

If you can get it fresh from a reputable restaurant go for it. I ate it throughout both pregnancies without issue

Use common sense.
All cooked (a cooked roll that has ingridients that are also cooked) should be ok, all vegan or vegetarian is ok and if you live by the sea, I would not worry ar all if I would juy it from a decent place. If you live inland where they have to get the fish from days away, there I would avoid raw.

If you can make it very very carefully and clean at home by yourself, then it’s okay. The main problem is uncooked meat possibly exposed to listeria.
