Conception or late LH

New to LH strips and have not been consistent.. I was pretty sure I missed my peak window and bd-ed every day just to be safe. Ovulation was confirmed by bbt and I've had all the other symptoms to confirm ovulation last week as well. I had a dip and speckled bloodshot clear EWCM 2 days ago and figured that it was implantation.

Still taking LH just in ovulation is just late, and got my first high reading all month.

Could this be late ovulation even though my chart looks this way? Or could the test be picking up low levels of hcg?
