Should I call in?

I am 35 weeks and 5 days I’m already dilated to 1 cm and 50% effaced and I’ve been getting contractions like this consistently since last night should I call labor and delivery?

I think you're okay. The contractions are inconsistent. When they are 2-3 minutes apart and increase in intensity, that's when you should go.

You should not even call but go in. It is a premature birth treat and you hould not be measuring it at home but be at hospital and try to stop it.

You should absolutely go straight to L&D. You should not be having consistent contractions like this at 35 weeks; it sounds like you’re in active labor. Being dilated to 1cm with a thinning cervix is normal this late in the pregnant, but that doesn’t necessarily mean labor is imminent… some women stay like that for weeks before birth. And that’s normal. These contractions aren’t.

It can’t hurt to call, since they’re so close together. They’ll tell you what they think.
As far as them being spaced consistently, I wish I had known that doesn’t happen for some people. I was fully dilated and ready to push by the time our midwife arrived for our home birth because we had waited so long to call her, and even after she had arrived I was still having contractions anywhere from 2 to 12 minutes apart.
