Are these Braxton Hicks or should I be more worried?

I've been recording since I woke up, after being awake until around 6 or 7 this morning, and I started getting pains that didn't feel normal, so I decided to start recording them. I'm fairly certain I also had a bloody show, which was a lot of mucus tinged kind of brown with darker blood in it. Are these timings cause for concern or am I still good? Do I need to pack up for the hospital stay? I've been putting it off until this week so I would be able to do laundry and have clean comfy clothes to wear home.
