Will I/ my baby be okay??

So I’ve had a uti for two months now, I’m 22w pregnant. My dr has tried two antibiotics but it hasn’t gone away, I had to go to the ER due to fainting and when they drew blood they told me I had a uti so it clearly hasn’t gone away even with the antibiotics. I have an appt the 28th with my OB so I’ll be mentioning it again and see what happens. I’m not in pain nor have symptoms other than my pee sometimes having a odor. My question is will my baby be okay?? Does this affect him?
