Umm why am i feeling like this😂

So i just gave birth 4 days ago to my 2nd baby… i habent been feeling good as in cramping extremely,,, bleeding still alittle… extremely sore breasts!!! And I randomly got horny(aroused) too like ok???? My body is trying to habe another one or what hell no im done👊🏻 but i feel gross down there because im still taking care of it i tore too im putting witch hazel and all that medicine…. Just wondering why did i feel aroused earlier
