Weird issues??

Hi I just want to say I’m going to the gynecologist when I’m able to but I just need like others opinions.

Maybe since January or so, my vagina has been itching like crazy after a period and when I looked at it, it looked like discharge sort of coated every part of it? It looked like tiny little white bumps and I used wet wipes occasionally to clean myself throughout the day.

I had used a fungal medicine that you insert and it helped for maybe a month and a half. February it started to itch more and I hadn’t started my period yet, going on almost two months. Then I started, super late compared to when I usually start and it was uncomfortable yk- but my concern is, the itching came back after my period last month and now whenever I wipe, it’s like a very faint yellow and it’s slimy? It doesn’t burn, doesn’t smell like fish, it actually smells like a wet dog, if you know what that smells like. (Don’t know how else to describe it.)

Even when I wipe a certain spot sometimes, I noticed the faint yellow substance is there more? I was wondering maybe if I had a possible cyst or if this is even like a pimple.

I feel like I should mention I am overweight but I’m starting to workout. When I was working out two days ago, it became very itchy but it stopped itching on its own shortly after, so I’m not sure if it’s related to my weight or not.

I’m not sure what to do in the mean time until I see the gynecologist, I’m not sexually active either. It’s very itchy, it’ll stop maybe for a day or two and come back.
