Ultrasound and test lighter?

Hi ladies. 
I had my ultrasound today and baby is measuring 6w5d so one day off. I test this am and my test looked lighter than it's been. Has this happened and babe was okay?

You’re way too far along to be repeating home pregnancy tests. There’s something called the Hook effect that causes the test line to become lighter once hcg level is too high.

I found after a certain point the tests were darker with very hydrated diluted wee, once you get to a certain level of hcg the tests can't read it properly they are only designed to confirm the presence of hcg up to a point. I know it's hard (I took 60+ tests) but you should stop taking them and focus on the fact you've seen your little one snuggled in the right place growing well 🙂

Y'all no more testing for me, but after I got home from work I took another test with super diluted pee and it's darker. I just pray for healthy baby!

Try not to stress mama! Ik how you feel with wanting to keep testing to make sure little babe is okay in there! But it’ll just stress you out more bc tests can actually get lighter the further along you are! 
When you’re a little further along I would invest in an at home Doppler bc I had one with both my son and daughter (both were my rainbow babies) and it helped me so much until I could feel them kicking! 💛
