Pelvic Rest
Has anyone else been on pelvic rest? I’m on it for having mild contractions from an irritated uterus or something like that. But my doctor said no sex or exercise, which I’m wondering my limits on this. Can I walk my dogs? We have flooring that needs to be laid, could I do that? Or should I just test it out and anything that makes me start having cramps I stop?
