Emergency phone for 8 year old

My daughter is 8. She is doing track this year and her little sister is doing soccer. So at 530 I drop her off for practice and have to leave at 6 to take little sister to her practice. I am a mess just thinking about it. I never leave her at events by herself…. Not even birthday parties u less we are good friends with the parents or family. She is an anxious child as well. I know if anything were to happen the coach would call but I’m still not completely comfortable with it. So I was thinking of getting her a phone for emergencies only…. In times like that. I am looking for something so basic it’s dumb lol I want to program my number, her dads and grandparents. I would also like to store her medical information on there. Doesn’t need texting and no internet.

Is there such a phone out there?

Is it even a reasonable idea to be looking for one?

My fiancé and I agreed no phone til at least 13 and that would include calls, text, games… up to date with parental control and weekly check ins.
