Not sure what’s going on. Pic TMI

Okay ladies so Sunday my boyfriend and I were on our way home from being out of state. About half way home I started to get really bad cramps that had me doubled over in the truck seat feeling like my ovaries were about to explode. We we’re almost home when I coughed and felt something dislodge from inside me and some of my cramping subsided by the time I got to the bathroom when we got home I had more cramps and felt something dislodge itself again and my cramps were gone. When I looked at these two huge chunks of what looks to me like pure muscle they were each the size of the palm of my hand. When explaining to my MIL she suggested that I possibly had a miscarriage. I was in disbelief because I’m on the Depo Shot and didn’t believe that I was pregnant to begin with. Monday afternoon I took an at home test and it was negative but I still called and was able to get in and get blood work done to check if there were any residual traces of HCG. I received the call this morning that in fact did NOT have a miscarriage and my blood test was also negative but made an appointment to see if there was anything else they could find as to why these chunks came out and what’s going on. As of today, I’m cramping all over again throughout my entire abdomen and lower back and I’m completely exhausted. The picture I’m attaching is definitely TMI so I apologize in advance but has this ever happened to anyone and it wasn’t a miscarriage???
