This is my third pregnancy and I have never felt this before. I'm 21 weeks pregnant. I can't touch my belly button at all because it is so sore. I can't lift my 20 pound son because if I sit him on my hip I feel like it's being ripped from the inside. I can't twist and pull on anything because I automatically get a sharp pain and can't do anything except cry and curl into a ball. If I lay on my back it's 100 times worse. The baby is moving and I'm not having any types of cramps or contractions. It all started yesterday when I was walking.
