Bleeding on 6w3d

I have had BFP on March 7th. Yesterday was my ultrasound and they couldn’t find the sac at all. Today I have done blood test and is awaiting result. I was told I might be too early that they couldn’t find on scan.

I did a pregnancy test with fmu and result was dye steeler. However this morning I’m having slight bleeding like 3-4drops of blood in my liner. Every time I change my liner there is 3-4 drops of fresh blood ! I’m soo confused and worried !! Has anyone had it?
