Toddler suddenly hates baths

My 15 month old has always loved taking baths and now out of nowhere he just screams. He used to try to climb in the tub before i got him undressed and now he runs away. I tried getting in with him to try and help him feel more comfortable but it didnt help.

Has anyone dealt with this and if so how did you help it? Its almost like he’s scared. He has fallen in the bath before so maybe it could be that?

I just want him to be comfortable again in the bath and idk what to so so if you have any suggestions please lmk
