Scheduled C-Section - Preparation items for coming home??

Question

I have a scheduled c-section for the birth of my first child! What are some items or things I should prepare and have at home during recovery that will make my life easier? I will have my husband here and family and what not.. but if there are any personal items that helped with your recovery whether physically.. or just something you were really glad to have or maybe wish you woulda had. Thanks Mammas!

A belly binder!  *Usually your hospital will provide one.  I’ve delivered in 2 hospitals and they both gave them to me!  Good luck💖💖💖

Anything to help you poop.. stool softener are necessary. That first poop is miserable!!

I dont like belly binders but still invest in one, just in case you do like them. Ive never had a hard time healing I always heal within 2 weeks. 
I really like ice packs for coughing and the burns. I like this method better than the pillow. Just ask for reusable ice packs(I have a chronic cough so I need ice lol)
I also recommend to walk asap. Dont wait for them to get you up. Walking helps the pain and with healing.
Next time around ill be wear always discreet underwear.
