26 weeks lights spotting ??

26 weeks today and I noticed a very faint and small streak of light pink on the toilet paper after i wiped. No blood on my underwear, no cramps or other symptoms and baby has been very active. Should I be worried, what could this be ? I go for my glucose test today and have my monthy dr appointment on Wednesday. Should i talk to my dr today or wait to tell her about it on Wednesday?
