Need advice

I am 31weeks pregnant, with my son who was born 2021 I started dilating at 29weeks but never had bloody show or mucus plug I had to be induced at 40weeks because He went into distress and I was 4cms dilated with no labor. But I’m 31weeks pregnant and have been wearing linears because I’ve been having watery creamy discharge but when I went to change this is what was on the linear, should I be concerned or contact doctor?? I know I should know but like I said I never experienced this with my son
