pimple on inner labia??

eek, my inner labia has been sore for a week or so and today i looked at it- there was a little pimple filled w blood?? it doesn’t hurt now that i’ve popped it but i was wondering if anyone else has had anything similar?

it should be mentioned that i shave and am also prone to ingrown hairs + pimples but i also get very anxious about my health so would appreciate some insight!

i’m also not sexually active atm so def not an sti - this is also the first time this has happened! thanks so much 😭😭
