9.3 blood sugars pls help posted in other groups

Is 9.3 blood sugars normal or is it high? I think it’s high but my nurse (I’m in a mental ward) think it’s normal. I have pcos, unsure if I’m insulin resistance or not and not diabetic; been tested a few times for diabetes through blood test and it comes back all good.
