Baby stomach measuring small?

Just had my 32 week scan (technically was 32 weeks and 6 days) and he’s measuring pretty normal except his stomach is in the 10% , my doctor has me going back for another scan in two weeks and she didn’t seem extremely concerned she jsut said he needs to fatten up, before this appt I had an ultra sound at 28 weeks and 6 days and he was measuring a week ahead or thats atleast what the tech said? I have had food aversions for the last week and a half which has made eaten chicken/turkey/protein pasta etc. impossible as they smell and taste rotten. Trying now to eat more but I’m nervous I’ve read people say it can be due to a blood flow issue!
